2) Receive Information about Resignation of Full-Time Human Resources Manager and Ratify Interim Human Resources Manager The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #03-01-014 accepting Patrick Leadens' resignation from the position of Human Resources Manager effective December 26, 2002. They also recommended the hiring of Curt Boganey as Interim Human Resources Manager and to direct staff to begin the recruitment process. 3) Ratify Hiring of Police Patrol Officer The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #03-01-015 ratifying the hiring of Gina Wieler for the position of full-time Police Patrol Officer at a starting wage of $37,350/annually plus benefits and vacation per City policy and LELS contract, subject to a one-year probationary period. 4) Consider Re-appointments of Planning Commission The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #03-01- 016 reappointing Robert Jolm~son and Michael Nixt to the Planning Commission for the terms of January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2006 5) Consider Appointment of Three Members to the Ramsey Town Center Task Force The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #03-01-018 appointing Mary Jo Olson, Will Thompsen, and Steve Sis to the Ramsey Town Center Task Force. 6) Appoint Liaison to the Environmental Policy Task Force The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council accept the Parks and Recreation Commissions nomination appointing Michael Rolfe to the Environmental Policy Task Force. 7) Fire Officer Selections for Year 2003 The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council accept the recommendation of the Fire Chief and City Administrator for of Fire Department Officers £or 2003.
