Case #2: <br /> <br />Authorizing the Sale of Outlot A, AEC Energy Park Fourth AdditiOn, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that at the January 28, 2003 City Council meeting, the City <br />Council introduced an ordinance authorizing the sale of Outlot A, AEC Energy Park Fourth <br />Addition, which is located adjacent to the Anderson and Dahlen facility on Sunwood Drive. <br />Knoll Properties, LLC, the real estate holding company for Anderson and Dahlen, Inc. was <br />granted an option by the City to buy Outlot A as part of the 1999 T~ agreement between the City <br />and I~oll Properties. That buy option expired on December 31, 2002, and it was not exercised <br />by Knoll Properties. A notice of sale was published in the Anoka County Union requesting <br />purchase proposals. By adopting the ordinance, the City will be declaring Outlot A surplus <br />property and it can then be sold on the terms and conditions the Council deems in the best <br />interest to the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to adopt Ordinance <br />#03-04 authorizing the sale of Outlot A, AEC Energy Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />A ro11 call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson aye <br />Councihnember Strommen aye <br />Councihnember Elvig aye <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Cook aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #3: Report from Public Works Committee <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee met on January 21, 2002, and diScussed the following four cases: <br /> <br />1) Sightline Concern at 142"a Avenue and Fluorine Street <br /> The Public Works Committee directed staff to. work with the property owners on <br /> trimming back the trees. <br /> <br />City Council/February 11, 2003 <br /> Page 8 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
