Wayne Buccholz, 14621 Neon Street NW, asked the Council to pull Consent Agenda Case 4.16, Adopt Resolution #14 -06 -121 Identifying the Need for Livable Communities Transit Oriented Development Funding and Authorizing an Application for Grant Funds, so additional information can be provided on the source and purpose of the grant. 4.
