For more detailed information, <br />please contact the Community Development Department at 763-433-9824, planningna.citvoframsev.com or see this report online <br />at www.cityoframsev.com/DevelopmentUpdate. <br />City Receives Application from Greatland Homes for Country Club Hills, an 88 Lot Major Subdivision <br />On April 30, 2014, the City received an Application for Major Plat from Greatland Homes for Country Club Hills, the remaining <br />lots of the previous Sweetbay Ridge plat. The Preliminary Plat is tentatively scheduled for review by the Planning Commission <br />on June 3, 2014. <br />City Subm'ts Application for League of Minnesota Cities 'City of Excellence Award' for "A New Day, A New <br />Beginning' Citizen Engagement and Public Input Processes for Small Area Plans <br />The City has submitted an application to the League of Minnesota Cities 'City of Excellence Award'. <br />The City submitted the citizen engagement process used for several small -area planning efforts and <br />guiding principle development used over the past 18 months. Award recipients are notified later in <br />June and receive special recognition at the League of Minnesota Cities Conference June 18-20. <br />The submittal is attached to this report. <br />
