Metropolitan Council Adopts ThriveMSP 2040, the Regional Development Framework <br />On May 28, 2014, the Metropolitan Council formally adopted ThriveMSP 2040 to replace <br />the 2030 Regional Development Framework. This is the first step that will ultimately lead to <br />the City needing to update its Comprehensive Plan. The City's comments were included in <br />the review of ThriveMSP 2040. The table below illustrates current service levels and times experienced by our customers and residents. <br />Current service times are still within the acceptable metrics of the Strategic Plan, but are starting to reach maximum levels.
