Trunk sewer and water fees must be paid for <br />all new lots being created. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval must be paid prior <br />to the City' s release of the final plat for recording. <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for all new lots <br />being created. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval must be paid prior to the City' s <br />release of the final plat for recording <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan: Hydraulic Grade calculations must be submitted for <br />the storm sewer system. A copy of the stormwater calculations provided to the LRRWMO for <br />plan approval must be submitted to the City. <br />
