Principal City Engineer Olson replied that the installation of the signs is a requirement in the development agreement. Councilmember Kurak inquired as to how long it would be before the roads would be extended. Principal City Engineer Olson explained that 154th Lane would Probably be extended this summer, but he was not sure about 155th Lane. Councilmember Elvig inquired if the adjoining neighbors were aware of what was going on. Community Development Director Frolik replied that the adjoining property owners were involved during preliminary plat process. Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #03- 03-077 to approve the final plat of Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance with the .City staff review letter dated March 21, 2003, and the developer entering into a development agreement with the City. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, Elvig, Cook, Pearson, Strommen, and Zimmen~nan. Voting No: None. Case #8: Adopt Ordinance to Amend the 2003 Building Permit, Planning, and Zoning Fees Community Development Director Frolik stated that on March 11, 2003, the City Council introduced an ordinance to amend the building permit, planning, and zoning fees to include an administration fee pertaining to the handling of tree and sod escrows. When Council introduced the ordinance at their last meeting, it was specified that the rate to be charged would be $100.00 to cover all administration costs. Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adopt Ordinance #03-07 to amend the 2003 building construction and planning fees. A roll call vote was performed .by the Recording Secretary: Councilmember Pearson aye Councihnember Strommen aye Councilmember Elvig aye Councilmember Kurak aye Councilmember Zimmerman aye Councilmember Cook aye Mayor Gamec aye Motion carried.
