Authorized resource management, emergency and enforcement personnel, when acting <br />in the performance of their duties, shall be exempt from the provisions of this article. <br />(c) Markings. The county sheriffs department shall be responsible for informing the public, posting <br />notification at all public accesses and marking or buoying the slow -no -wake zone as necessary to give <br />reasonable notice to the speed restrictions established. <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #14-12, which has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #14-04 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Section 62-22 (No - <br />wake zone) in order to a) prevent soil erosion, b) minimize damage to docks and other structures, <br />and c) promote public safety. <br />SECTION 4.
