Product: A memorandum and land use matrix will be prepared <br />that generally identifies the characteristics of <br />each proposed land use change. The memorandum <br />will also generally describe the implications of <br />various land use decisions. <br />1.4 Land Use Map Alternatives <br />Generate three possible land use map alternatives based on <br />the material generated as part of task 1.3. Meeting with <br />City policymakers to determine which alternative or mix of <br />recommended land use changes should be included as part of a <br />draft land use map. <br />Product: A draft land use map will be prepared with an <br />accompanying memo describing the land use changes. <br />1.5 Review With Planning Commission <br />Review the draft land use plan with the Planning Commission <br />and the general public. <br />Product: A revised land use map and memorandum describing <br />the changes made as a result of comments made at <br />the public meeting. <br />1.6 Review Possible Policy Changes <br />Based on input from City staff and City Policymakers, review <br />possible land use policy changes. <br />Product: Prepare a memorandum that identifies areas of <br />possible changes in land use policies. <br />1.7 Review Proposed Land Use Changes with Planning Commission <br />Review proposed land use changes with the Planning <br />Commission and the general public. <br />Product: Prepare a draft of revised land use policy changes <br />for the Planning Commission review. <br />1.8 Revise Draft Land Use Map, Final Review With The Planning <br />Commission <br />Revise the draft land use map and general land use policies <br />based on comments received from the Planning Commission and <br />the general public. <br />Product: Proposed land use map and policies for City <br />Council review. <br />2 <br />
