County Road 116 and TH 47 <br />B. Bridge corridor in Outlot E/B located between Ramsey Boulevard and <br />Armstrong Boulevard. <br />C. Bridge corridor located at Puma Street. <br />D. Review of Industrial/Highway Business Zoned Property <br />The consultants presented alternatives which explored scenarios on land use and <br />transportation routes for discussion amongst the planning commission sub committee and <br />city staff. Based upon the discussion and input received from the group at the study <br />session, RLK/Biko Associates have prepared the attached report which is intended to <br />summarize the discussion and map the preferred land use modification for each of the <br />three areas described above. Upon review of the attached description and/or map if any <br />modification are necessary, please contact either Sylvia Frolick at the City of Ramsey or <br />RLK Associates at 933-0972. <br />The intent of summarizing the land use and transportation discussion of the above areas is <br />to include this information in the working paper #2 which will be prepared subsequent to <br />study session #3. Working paper #2 will be prepared and distributed prior to the full <br />planning commission discussion of the land use and transportation alternatives scheduled <br />for April 21, 1994. <br />.
