3. Reserve capacity will be provided for northern Ramsey and <br />Andover, Dayton and portions of the Elm Creek watershed. <br />4. It was assumed as part of the CAB interceptor study that the <br />City of Ramsey would capture the greatest share of the <br />area's growth. Projected population, household and <br />employment growth included: <br />[Relevant] Goals and Policies <br />1990 2000 2010 2020 2030 <br />POPULATION 9,000 10,500 16,500 25,800 34,200 <br />HOUSEHOLD 2,400 3,050 5,250 8,850 12,250 <br />EMPLOYMENT 300 800 1,650 5,160 8,550 <br />1. That the unallocated reserve capacity be proportioned <br />throughout the system and final allocation based on <br />Metropolitan Development Framework policies. <br />2. That the Metropolitan Council and Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission continue their efforts in supporting the <br />committee's activities through the provision of continued <br />technical assistance. <br />3. That the Metropolitan Council, through the implementation of <br />the Metropolitan Development Framework, continue to commit <br />to providing metropolitan investments in a manner supportive <br />of the extension of metropolitan sewer service. <br />4.
