City of Ramsey <br />2014 Mississippi River Trail Phase 1 <br />Riverdale Boulevard from Armstrong Boulevard to <br />Mississippi West Regional Park <br />Scope of Services <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />For the purpose of this proposal, we have assumed the following: <br />• Plans and linework completed by the City of Ramsey for the Riverdale Drive Extension and Reconstruction <br />project will be used as the base drawing and no additional preliminary surveying will be required. <br />• Private and public utility coordination will be completed with the City's Riverdale Drive project. <br />• Project permitting and all storm water requirements associated with the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization will have been completed by the City of Ramsey in associated with the <br />Riverdale Drive project. <br />• No geotechnical exploration will be required. <br />• All work will occur within existing Right of Way. <br />• Pedestrian Curb Ramps will be installed under City project. <br />TASK 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />Our project manager will work closely with the City of Ramsey's project manager to ensure clear and consistent <br />communication is occurring. Bolton & Menk will have ongoing communications with City staff throughout the <br />project. Communications will also be ongoing with MnDOT. <br />TASK 2: PUBLIC AND AGENCY COMMUNICATION <br />Kickoff Meeting <br />A kickoff meeting was previously held with the City of Ramsey staff to relay information and to provide Bolton <br />& Menk with the information they need to get an immediate start on this project. <br />City Meetings <br />Additional meetings will be held with the City of Ramsey staff. These meetings will discuss findings, issues, <br />schedule, and needs to keep the project progressing. <br />Mn/DOT Meetings <br />Bolton & Menk and the City met with MnDOT to discuss the project. Bolton & Menk will hold two additional <br />coordination meetings with MnDOT as we move through the Authorization process. <br />TASK 3: PROJECT MEMORANDUM <br />Task was completed previously. Plans and specifications will be prepared in substantial conformity to the Project <br />Memorandum. <br />
