Any such conviction must be reported to the City Human Resources Manager within <br />five (5) days after the conviction. The City, in its sole discretion, shall determine what disciplinary action is <br />appropriate. <br />Drue and Alcohol Testine: <br />a) Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide for the testing of employees and job <br />applicants in conformance with the requirements of Minnesota State law. <br />Scope: This drug and alcohol testing policy applies to all employees of the City <br />and to all job applicants who have received a conditional offer of employment by the City. <br />3.Definitions: Forpurposes of the Policy, the following definitions will apply, unless <br />such definitions are inconsistent with applicable law.
