Vacation leave will count <br />toward total budgeted work hours for the year. <br />P licy Purp se <br />The purpose of this policy is to sct forth thc conditi ns and procedures under which cmployccs will <br />bo allowod to voluntarily donato accrued vacation leave to follow omployoos. Vacation leave may <br />voluntarily bo donatod to omployoos who havo a sorious modical condition as dofinod by tho <br />Family and Medical Loavo Act and who havo no accrued and banked vacation, sick, or paid <br />holiday 1, time off available. <br />Applicability <br />Tho provisions of this policy aro applicable to all City personnel who aro eligible to accrue <br />vacation leave. Specifically, both thc donor and thc recipient must be regular cmployccs who havo <br />worko(' ...
