<br />For the purpose of this policy, the term "harassment" includes (but is not limited to) slurs, jokes,
<br />other verbal, graphic or physical conduct relating to an individual's race, color, creed, sex, religion,
<br />national origin, handicap, agefef sexual orientation, marital status, familial status, status with
<br />regard to public assistance, status with regard to disability, or other characteristic protected by state
<br />or federal lawproforonco.
<br />This policy applies to all City employees and volunteers without exception including elected
<br />officials, temporary employees, employees working under contract for the City and members of the
<br />paid -on -call fire department.
