He indicated the overall plan is to <br />get people to sidewalks and to significant park area, which is only two or three blocks away. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted that is why he not so concerned about making it a public road. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer indicated to him it reminds him of a New England village where there are <br />lots of small green areas for people to go. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy asked if they addressed the length of the private roads. <br /> <br />Assistant .Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated some are addressed by <br />becoming public streets.
