The consensus of the Council was to first conduct an internal recruitment, incorporating <br />suggestions made by the Council relating to interview panel members and survey /interview <br />questions. <br />2.03: Discuss Second Amendment to Real Estate Broker Services Contract with CBRE <br />(Portions were closed to the public) <br />Assistant to the City Administrator Brama reviewed the staff report and explained the purpose of <br />this case was to add one parcel to the existing CBRE contract identified as a `future listing' on <br />the non - listed inventory. <br />Assistant to the City Administrator Brama advised that under Minnesota Statutes, the meeting <br />can move into closed session to discuss pricing strategy of Phase 2 listings and potential second <br />amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CBRE. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, by Councilmember LeTourneau, to move to Closed Session to <br />discuss pricing strategy of Phase 2 listings and potential second amendment to the Professional <br />Services Agreement with CBRE. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, LeTourneau, Backous, <br />Johns, Kuzma, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />The City Council meeting moved into a Closed Session at 6:43 p.m. <br />The City Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:54 p.m. <br />The consensus of the Council was to take action on this item at tonight's Regular Meeting. <br />3. TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION <br />The Council agreed with the suggestion of Councilmember Backous to discuss whether to <br />televise Council Work Sessions and Charter Commission meetings. <br />4.
