The Review File outlines our preliminary findings and requests for additional information. <br />At this time, Staff is recommending approval of both the Preliminary and Final Plat contingent upon <br />compliance with the Staff Review Letter dated August 22, 2014, compliance with the Anoka County <br />Highway Department (ACHD) review comments dated August 19, 2014, and entering into a <br />Development Agreement with the City. Please note that this is a recommendation only at this time, <br />subject to ratification by the City Council. <br />The City Council will be reviewing the Preliminary and Final Plats on: <br />Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, Council Chambers <br />7550 Sunwood Dr NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />The Preliminary and Final Plats will be on the Consent Agenda (not specifically discussed). Nonetheless, <br />you, or a representative from your project are highly encouraged to attend (there is always a chance the <br />case is pulled from the Consent Agenda and added to the Regular Agenda in which it would be <br />specifically discussed).
