Members decide whether to form and join the Alliance Partnership under the umbrella of NMMA. Members <br />appoint two local government representatives and one business representative to serve as the Alliance Partnership's <br />Management and Advisory Committee for the campaign. <br />August 2014 <br />Lobbyists register with appropriate federal (if needed) and state organizations, and begin advocacy meetings with <br />key state and federal officials. <br />Members shall remit 2014 dues payment to the North Metro Mayors Association — T.H. 10 Alliance; consistent with <br />suggested 2014-2015 Alliance Partner Fee and Operating Budget attached. <br />July -August 2014 <br />DEVELOP DRAFT OF INITIAL ALLINCE THEME, KEY MESSAGES, AND OTHER BACKGROUND <br />INFORMATION <br />Information would be created by Alliance Team for review and feedback by the Alliance Management Committee. <br />Alliance Team will take feedback and additional information to revise materials to create final version. <br />Theme and/or strategic overview <br />Define what the Alliance is, its purpose, and other related information <br />- This would be foundation for what the Alliance needs to communicate to key audiences <br />Key Audience definition <br />— Identify and define key groups, organizations, residents, etc that the Alliance will need to communicate <br />with as the process moves forward. <br />Key messages <br />Using ideas from the overall theme, these are clear concise statements on key issues related to the project <br />and Alliance. <br />- These would be used as the foundation for news releases, media messages, etc <br />Logo identity <br />- Create initial design concepts for the Alliance project logo and design schemes for Alliance branding, <br />website, etc. <br />2-3 logo designs to identify graphic direction for final product <br />Potential color scheme and design elements <br />ONGOING <br />Prepare meeting agendas and attend Alliance member meetings as needed <br />Federal (as needed) and state lobbying <br />— Alliance administration <br />August -September 2014 <br />REVISE MATERIALS AND BEGIN WORK ON NEXT PHASE OF COMMUNICATIONS MATERIALS <br />Alliance Team will provide revised materials for final review and approval by the Alliance Management Committee. <br />Alliance Team will begin work on design and coding layout for a comprehensive Alliance website and social media <br />channels. <br />5 <br />
