Prepare Alliance agenda and attend member meetings as needed <br />Federal (if needed) and state lobbying <br />Grassroots advocacy meetings, membership recruitment <br />- Alliance administration <br />January 2015-June 2015 <br />Consultant team helps the Alliance with campaign activities, taking advantage of opportunities created by events, as <br />they unfold. <br />New work <br />— Post second video to Alliance website and social media channels <br />— Host federal and/or state legislative tour of the project site <br />ONGOING <br />Identify and pursue funding opportunities supporting the Alliance work priorities at both the State and <br />Federal level <br />- Create state capital investment request (Due to MMB by April 2015 for 2016 consideration) <br />- Grassroots advocacy meetings, membership recruitment <br />Updates to website <br />- Advocacy messages/action alerts to supporters through meetings, online channels <br />Draft and post updates to Alliance blog, FaceBook page, etc <br />- Review, produce and post additional videos <br />— Media story placements, new media updates; react to any negative stories with positive messages/advocacy <br />— Alliance administration <br />July 2015 — December 2015 <br />Alliance campaign activity and executables will be dependent upon whether legislative action in the earlier period is <br />successful. Focus could change from state capitol to Congress. Regardless, the Alliance will want to maintain <br />communication with its membership and respond to media as events require/allow. <br />ONGOING <br />Grassroots advocacy meetings, membership recruitment <br />- Updates to website <br />- Advocacy messages/action alerts to supporters through meetings, online channels <br />- Draft and post updates to Alliance blog, FaceBook page, etc <br />- Review, produce and post additional videos <br />Media story placements, new media updates; react to any negative stories with positive messages/advocacy <br />Federal and state lobbying <br />Alliance administration <br />8 <br />
