The <br />Review File outlines our preliminary findings and requests for additional information. <br />At this time, Staff is recommending approval of the Final Plat contingent upon compliance with the Staff <br />Review Letter and entering into a Development Agreement with the City. Please note that this is a <br />recommendation only at this time, subject to ratification by the City Council. <br />The City Council will be reviewing the Final Plat on: <br />Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, Council Chambers <br />7550 Sunwood Dr NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />The Final Plat will be on the Consent Agenda (not specifically discussed). Nonetheless, you, or a <br />representative from your project are highly encouraged to attend (there is always a chance the case is <br />pulled from the Consent Agenda and added to the Regular Agenda in which it would be specifically <br />discussed).
