That the Permittee is responsible for accurately locating the front property line of the Subject Property (survey markers exposed) and having it clearly marked for the City to verify the setback distance. 7. That the Permittee shall install incorporate stormwater management features on the Building, such as rain gutters and down spouts directed away from the bluff line of the Rum River and away from adjacent properties as well. 8. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Variance. 9. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the Building, including a Building Permit. 10. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by September 4, 2015 and issuance of a Building Permit shall constitute initiation.
