7. That this Permit will only apply to dogs boarded on the Subject Property and exempt those <br />present on the Subject Property for a short time (same day) and are accompanied by their <br />owner. <br />8. That this Permit shall not give the Permittee authority or permission to conduct certain <br />commercial kennel activities on the Subject Property, including but not limited to selling, <br />breeding, treating, or grooming of dogs not owned by the Permittee. <br />9. That the Permittee shall only maintain dogs licensed in accordance with City Code. <br />10. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />11.
