thirty-six (36) feet, to accommodate a new Verizon Wireless equipment/generator shelter, <br />surrounded by a chain link fence (the “Amendment”). <br /> <br />9.That the proposed expansion will maintain the existing fifty-five (55) foot setback and not <br />encroach upon any other setbacks and/or drainage and utility easements. <br /> <br /> <br />10.That the new equipment shelter will have an exterior finish of exposed aggregate concrete. <br /> <br /> <br />11.That the Amendment will not alter the locality’s essential character. <br /> <br /> <br />12.That the Amendment will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. <br /> <br /> <br />13.That the Amendment will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br />property. <br /> <br /> <br />14.That the Amendment will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. <br /> <br /> <br />15.That the Amendment will not unreasonably increase congestion on the public street. <br /> <br /> <br />16.That the Amendment will not have the effect of allowing any uses prohibited in the <br /> <br /> <br />17.That the Amendment will not permit a lesser degree of public health, safety, and general <br />welfare. <br /> <br /> <br />18.That the Amendment will not permit standards that are lower than those required by state <br />law. <br /> <br /> <br />19.That the Amendment will not increase the danger of fire or endanger public safety. <br /> <br /> <br />20.That the Amendment will not diminish or impair established property values within the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br />RESOLUTION #14-08-141 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
