The following is the official summary of Ordinance # 14-10, which has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #14-10 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Sections 117-115 <br />and 117-120 to: <br />• Create consistent standards for open and outdoor storage along the Highway 10 Corridor. <br />• Create additional flexibility in surfacing by allowing the use of Class V gravel in lieu of concrete <br />or bituminous in rear yards as a means of better addressing local business' needs and forward the <br />City's economic development goals. <br />• Allow the storage of marine boats from September 1 throueh May 31 on an unimproved surface if <br />in the rear yard. <br />SECTION 4.
