He thanked the Fire Department for their invitation and all of their hard work. 3) Business List Mayor Gamec stated that he has received a lot of complaints from the business community that the City is providing a list of the local businesses for a fee. City Administrator Norman replied that that information is made available by the Chamber of Commerce. Assistant City Administrator Nelson explained that the information is available on the City's website free of charge. If the City did charge someone for the list they would have charged them for the copies only. She noted that they could remove the information from the website if the Council directed staff to do so. City Attorney Goodrich explained that if the City generated the information it is public information. Counci hnember Elvig stated that maybe they should remove the information from the website. Assistant City Administrator Nelson replied that she was surprised that businesses would not want their information made available. City Administrator Norman stated that the City has the list and it is public information that they have to provide if someone asks.
