They looked <br />into thc comments and issues raised and drafted a formal response to review with the Council. <br /> <br />Doug Abere, CH2M Hill, referred to page 10. He noted the question was what to do along <br />Highway #10 with regard to future land use - what to do with the conversion of Highway #10 <br />into a fi'eeway - and also questions of what happens relative to land use and accesses in the City <br />of Ramscy. The City is very proactive. Official mapping is a good choice on how to start. This <br />document deals with justification of going forward with the official mapping. He talked about a <br />summary of different impacts when you do an AUAR as a result of certain actions. There are no <br />big ticket items with regard to comments received from the agencies. No big significant impacts <br />on thc environment - no real concerns about what Highway #10 construction would entail. He <br />stated that they are looking at changes that occur in the AUAR study area. 3a and 3b illustrate an <br />analysis of accesses along Highway #10.
