agreement regarding park dedication and the level of improvements within <br />the new' parkland. This 90-day window expires on December 17, 2003. The <br />City Council and the Park Commission will hold a joint meeting on <br />December 4, 2003 to review the park proposal by Ramsey Town Center, <br />LLC. While progress has been made in regard to the park issues, the <br />Developer is asking for an extension of time in order to work out the <br />remaining park issues. It is expected that the City Council will decide on the <br />granting of the extension at a December meeting. <br /> <br />Town Center Infrastructure: The Developer is currently grading and <br />constructing storm water ponds for the development. The City and the <br />Developer will begin the construction of Sunwood Drive (all of the way to <br />Arms~ong Blvd., Rhinestone St. NW., and Peridot Street in the Spring of <br />2004. Sanitary Sewer, Water Services, and Stormwater piping will also be <br />constructed at the same time. The City anticipates this work will be <br />completed in August 2004. <br /> <br />2004 Developments: John Feges of Ramsey Town Center LLC has <br />indicated to City Staffthat development group anticipates all of the following <br />projects to occur within the Town Center in 2004; the P.A,C.T. Charter <br />School, groundbreaking for a new ,,kllina Clinic, additional residential un/ts <br />built by D.R.
