SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #03-40 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-40 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to create the Town Center (TC) District that contains zoning, bulk <br />standards, and development regulations for the Ramsey Town Center, a mixed-use, transit- <br />orientated development. The Ordinance creates the TC~i, Mixed-Use Core District, the TC-2, <br />Commercial D/strict; the TC-3 Workplace District; the TC-4 Neighborhood District, and the TC- <br />5 Park and Open Space District and pertinent regulations governing permitted, conditional, and <br />prohibited uses within each Town Center zomng sub-district. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
