"Parkland" means the portions of the Subject Property the Developer is <br />obligated to convey to the City or dedicate to the p{~blic as.public parks. The <br />Parkland is legally descr/bed on the attached Exhfibit E. <br /> <br />Parkland Lmorovements. "Parkland Improvements" has the mearfing set forth m <br />Section 4.11. <br /> <br />Parkland and Trail Plan. "Parkland and Trail Plan" means the preliminary <br />Parkland and Trail Plans to be aD-eed upon pursuant to Section 4.11. <br /> <br />Phase. The CIE,' and the Developer contemplate that the Subject Property will be <br />developed in numerous phases, the precise boundaries o£wkich are not yet <br />established. A "Phase" is a portion of the Subject Property intended for separate <br />Development. A Phase may either be a "proposed" Phase if the City has not yet <br />approved the Final Plans for that Phase or an "approved" Phase if the City has <br />approved the Final Plans for that Phase. <br /> <br />Phase I Landscaoe Plan. "Phase I Landscape Plan" means the Phase I Landscape <br />Plan described in Section 7.2(b). <br /> <br />Phase l Parkin~ Ramr>. "Phase I Parking Ramp" means the Phase I Parking Ramp <br />described in Section 9.2. <br /> <br />Phase II Landscaoe Plan. "Phase II Landscape Plan" means the Phase II <br />Landscape Plan described in Section 7.$(c). <br /> <br />Phase Public lsnmrovements.
