The term "lVlaster Development <br /> Plan" also includes any additions or changes to the various components of the <br /> Master Developmem Plan the Council subsequently approves pursuant to the <br /> RTC Ordinance. <br /> <br />Maste, rmal Plat. "Master Final Plat" means the plat of P,_amsey Town Center <br />Addition which will be based on the Preliminary Plat the Council approved on <br />Augn.tst i2, 2003. <br /> <br />Master Gradin~ PI~. "Master Grading PI~" means Sheets 19-47 of'the Master <br />Development Plan. <br /> <br />Memorandum ofUnderstandinz.
