"Final Plat" means the Master Final plat and the final plat the City <br />approves for each Phase in accordance with the RTC Controls. <br /> <br />Force Majeure. "Force Majeure" means acts of God, including, but not linked.to, <br />floods, ice storms, blizzards, tornadoes, landslides, lig12mmg and earthquakes (but <br />not including reasonably anticipated weather conditions for the geo~aph/c area); <br />nots, resurrections, war or civil disorder affecffmg the performance of work; <br />blockades; power or other utility fa/lures; fires or explosions; labor strikes or <br />labor shortages and shortage of materials. _Lf a party's performance of an <br />obligation under th_is Master Agreement is expressly made subject to Force <br />Majeure and the party is unable to perform the obligation within the time period <br />set forth in this Master Agreement as the result of an occurrence of a Force <br />Majeure, the time period in which the party is obligated to perform the obligation <br />is extended durmg the continuance of the Force Majeure and a reasonable per/od <br />for recovery or restoration thereafter. <br /> <br />Formal Notice.
