This parcel is identified on the attached sketch, and is a portion of the right-of-way of <br />157th Avenue. A sketch illustrating this parcel is attached to this memo. <br /> <br />it would be in the City's best interest to acquire this parcel should it become tax forfeit. <br />Attached is a resolution requesting the County to withhold this parcel from public sale. <br /> <br />-161- <br /> <br /> <br />
