Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 04-01-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING ANOKA COUNTY TO WITHHOLD FROM PUBLIC SALE <br />OF PARCEL 15 32 25 43 0001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PIN 15 32 25 43 0001 is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The south 46 feet of the north 66 feet of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section <br />15, Township 32, Range 25 lying easterly of CSAH 56, together with the south 46 feet of the <br />north 66 feet of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said sections, subject to <br />easements of record, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above parcel has been placed on the Classification List Number 2004 by the <br />Board of County Commissioner pursuant to Anoka County Resolution #2003-134, and; <br /> <br /> · th <br />WHEREAS, this parcel consists of a portion of the right-of-way of 159 Avenue. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey hereby requests that Anoka County witN~old said parcel from public sale, <br />and; <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is directed to take whatever steps necessary to acquire this parcel for <br />the purpose of City fight-of-way· <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council the 13th <br />day of January 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-162- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 04-01-XXX <br /> 1 of i <br /> <br /> <br />
