(k) <br /> <br /> (m) <br /> <br />Fences. <br />1. <br /> <br />Minimum access dr/ye angle to the street: 75 degrees. <br /> <br />Building setback from'private street - measured from back <br />of curb: 25 feet. <br />Minimum radius at intersections: 20 feet. <br /> <br /> Fencing or wails (except retaining walls) located in the front yard ' <br /> shall not exceed four (4) feet in height. Fencing or walls located ha <br /> the side or rear yard shall not exceed six (6) feet in heigtat. Fences <br /> outside the 2020 MUSA are allowed up to eight (8) feet in height <br /> in any yard but must be setback a minimum of 100 feet from the <br /> front property, line un_less there is at least a seventy-five percent <br /> (75%) clear visible opening. Fences may be constructed of barbed <br /> wire to accommodate agricultural activities and the raising of <br /> livestock and animals as defined by City Code Section 5.09. Lots <br /> of record as of July 1, 2002, within the 'MUSA that are currently <br /> used for ag-ncultural activities or the raising of livestock and <br /> animals also qualify under this provision. <br /> <br /> 2. Fencing material shall consist only of wood or chain link or other <br /> mater/al as approved by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br /> 3. Fence framing must face inward on the fence owner's lot. <br /> <br /> 4, Fencing must be located 100% on the fence owner's lot. <br /> Garbage Receptacle Storage. <br /> <br />1. Outdoor garbage receptacles serving multi-family un/ts must be in either the <br /> rear or side yard and must be screened from public view and adjacent lots. · <br /> <br />Lot Landscaping. <br /> <br />1. Minimum Landscaping Requirements. All open space areas of a lot wb2ch <br /> are not used or improved for required parking areas, drives or storage shall <br /> be landscaped with a _combination:of overstory trees, ornamental trees, <br /> shrubs, flowers, gound cover, decorar/ve walks, or other similar site desig-n <br /> mater/aIs in a quantity and placement suitabie for the lot. A reasonable <br /> attempt should 'be made to preserve as many existing trees as practicable in <br /> order to incorporate the trees into the development. For each existing <br /> significant tree retained, one overstor? tree may be deducted from the <br /> minimum tree requirements. <br /> <br />2. Number of Plantings. The minimum nmnber of overstory trees on any ~ven <br /> lot shall be as required below.
