RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />Authorize Hire of Patrol Officer <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On November 25th, 2003, City Staff received Council authorization <br />to recruit for a patrol officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council authorized the new patrol officer position as a part of <br />the 2004 budget in December 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff has conducted a recruitment process and is recommending <br />Bradley Bluml be fired to the new position of Patrol Officer; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to hire Bradley Bluml as a Patrol Officer. <br /> <br /> 2) That Mr. Bluml will be compensated at a rate of $37,350 (2003 rate). All other <br /> personnel polices will apply normally.
