Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to adopt Resolution #84-113 establishing drainage <br />subdistrict FT4 and FT1. (Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution #84-113). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember <br />Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich read proposed resolution #84-114 aloud. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to adopt Resolution #84-114 establishing rates for <br />storm drainage improvements within the City for the year 1984. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-114). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember <br />Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request To Rezoning Hi-Ten Sports Property From~R-1 <br />Residential To B-1 Business; Case Of Dick Hagen:' <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich read aloud the charter requirements regarding <br />ordinance adoption; Council cannot take action at this meeting <br />because the charter requires that a proposed ordinance be <br />posted at City Hall 3 days prior to the Council meeting. <br />Mr. Goodrich also stated that the charter requires that a <br />proposed ordinance be read aloud, in full, unless a majority <br />of the Council waive that requirement and if the ordinance is <br />approved, it does not take affect for 30 days. <br /> <br />Council informed Mr. Hagen that his case will be placed on the <br />July 10, 1984 Council agenda. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Request For Preliminary Plat Approval For High P i~ <br />Second Addition; Cas'e' Of ~r. Thomas HOlker: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to grant Mr. ThOmas Holker a variance to the topography <br />requirement for High Point Second Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to approve the preliminary and final plat of High <br />Point Second Addition contingent upon the applicant complying <br />with requirements set forth by the City Engineer and City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None.
