Mayor Gamec stated that City's past practice is that buildable <br />lots of record will be assessed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner to direct City Staff to prepare a findings of fact <br />regarding the Robert and ~ onnie Johnson request for a half unit <br />assessment on Lot 2, Block 3, Rolling Green Addition for the <br />proposed street assessment. Further, that the proposed findings <br />be submitted to the Council at their July 24, 1984 meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Co~ncilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Adoption Of Resolution Approving Of Lots 13 and 14, <br />BOwers MississipPi Acres As Buil~dable L'o'ts: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner to adopt Resolution #84-103 declaring Lots 13 and 14 <br />of Bower's Mississippi Acres as buildable lots provided they meet <br />the criteria of the Flood Plain Regulation. (Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #84-103). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Sehlueter and Van Wagner~ Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: On-Site Septic System Ordinance Inspections: <br /> <br />Mr. Berg distributed copies of memo dated June 12, 1984 from <br />City Staff regarding Implementation Of On-Site Septic System. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to delay septic system implementation until the City's <br />computer is on-line but that Staff should begin to keep a record <br />of pumpings and pumpers working within the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request For Authorization To Subdivide By lletes And <br />Bounds; Case Of Mr. Donald Huff: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Schlueter to approve Mr. Donald Huff's request to subdivide his <br />property located at 6811 - 154th Lane NW into two parcels, <br />contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1) That either parcel have a minimum street frontage of <br /> 160 feet. <br /> <br />2) That either parcel be a minimum of one acre in size. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That certificates of survey be provided for both the newly <br />created parcels. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
