b) S~bdivision of a 40 acre parcel of land - <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the property owner is LaBounty and it is a 40 acre <br />tract on Armstrong Blvd. The owner wants to subdivide by metes and bounds <br />and the land owner would be the same. Mr. Goodrich recommended authorization <br />of that subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve a metes and bounds subdivision of a 40 acre parcel of land, as <br />described in Enclosure 1 of these minutes, owned by Valera LaBounty; one <br />parcel containing 20 acres (more or less) and the other parcel containing <br />17 acres (more or less). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner.
