Anderson to vacate <br />the land designated as "Park" within the Plat of White Pines <br />Estates, Anoka County, MinnesOta. <br /> <br />The regular Council meeting was called back to order at 7:47 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Gary Albrecht - 16424 Okapi - Submitted, for the record, a petition in <br />opposition of Ms. Darlene Dickman's request for a conditional use permit <br />to operate an out-patient counseling service from her residence. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember R~imann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />receive petition regarding Ms. Darlene Dickman's request for a conditional <br />use permit to operate an out-patient counseling service from her residence. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Counci!member Schlueter to <br />approve public hearing meeting minutes dated April 24, 1984 regarding request <br />for vacating of drainage easement in Lot 12, Block 4, Oakridge Estates; case <br />of F.H. Enterprises. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and secondedby Councilmember Schlueter to <br />approve Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated April 24, <br />1984 regarding variance request of Mr. Gary Gorham to construct an accessory <br />building on an adjacent lot to his residence. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
