Todd Embury, Election Worker 4.09: Adopt Resolution #14 -09 -179 Declaring Costs to be Assessed and Calling for a Public Hearing on Proposed Assessment for Past -Due Charges on Municipal Utility Bills (which may include water, sewer, street lighting, recycling, storm water charges, and penalties incurred) and Current Services Rendered 4.10: Adopt Resolution #14 -09 -180 Supporting Pursuit of Local Road Improvement Program Funding for US Highway 10 and Armstrong Boulevard Interchange Construction Project 4.11: Adopt Resolution #14 -09 -182 to Hire a Streets Maintenance Worker 4.12: Adopt Resolution #14 -09 -183 to Restructure Administrative Services 4.13: Report from the Public Works Committee Meeting dated August 14, 2014: 1) Consider Traffic Concerns Near 146 Avenue and Iodine Street — Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee to consider all issues presented to begin to determine a solution. 2) Receive Presentation from PACT Charter School and Future Parking and Expansion Needs as it relates to Future Impacts to Existing Rights -of -way — Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee to continue discussions of options for a possible addition to PACT that did not include vacating Peridot Street as a public road. 3) Draft Snow Removal Contract for Municipal Parking Ramp — Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and approve the use of contract City Council / September 9, 2014 Page 3 of 9
