City Administrator Ulrich stated that over the term of the <br />current contract, many issues have been resolved as they come up so the complaint level has <br />probably gone down. He stated it is an important issue in how Opus 21 represents the City as it <br />touches most every resident/property owner. City Administrator Ulrich stated staff will provide <br />a memorandum outlining a brief summary on the service provided, costs, and level /type of <br />complaints. Then Councilmember Riley can follow up with his questions. <br />4. MAYOR / COUNCIL / STAFF INPUT <br />Councilmember Kuzma asked for an update on the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension <br />investigation of the officer involved shooting and whether the police officers are back on duty. <br />Police Captain Katers stated the officers will be back on duty for their normal shifts this week <br />Wednesday. He stated he has spoken several times with the officers and is appreciative of the <br />support shown to them. <br />5.
