ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adjourn the Work <br />Session. <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 10:10 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Councilmember Strommen stated that some of these spread sheets could be simplified — plug in <br />numbers and see how it looks. See how the numbers look with a tax rate change. It would help <br />facilitate moving us along. <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that the only concern he has is the assessments. <br />Mayor Ramsey suggested going with 20% and spreading the reconstruction over a longer period <br />of time. <br />Kuffis G.
