Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Mr. Rick Foster; Sketch Plan: <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Foster and Mr. Art Raudio and presented for Council review, a sketch <br />plan for some property across from the old City Hall on Hwy. 47. <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio stated there is no action requested of Council, he only presented <br />the sketch plan for Council review in order to keep the lines of communication <br />open regarding development plans for that property. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding an additional portion of property that Mr. Raudio <br />would like deleted from the flood plain. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Vsn WaGner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #84-79 to request DNR study the effect of ~filling a portion <br />of the land and deleting from the floodway.
