Sealcoating takes place every 5-7 years.

Don Lund - Stated sealcoating could occur after 4 years.

Gordon Elliott - 16660 Coquina. - Can Council estimate a date as to when sewer
and water might occur.

Mayor Gamec replied that if an area wants sewer and water they will have to
petition for it, unless there is a health hazard. Rolling Green is so far
out that even if it were a health hazard, another alternative besides city
utilities would have to be utilized to correct the problem. Unless another
council changes the current ordinance, you must bring in a petition of 100%
of the residents in the area for sewer and water.

Sp C/April 17, 1984
Public Hearing
