Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to direct City Staff to determine ways to administrate this ordinance just <br />adopted (84-2). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Outstanding Accounts Receivable: <br /> <br />a) Writing off of certain accounts receivable - <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that a motion is needed to write-off certain accounts <br />receivable; that the parties will be taken to small claims court and they <br />will be notified of that pending action. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann~'~ <br />to adopt Resolution #84-21 approving of writing off certain outstanding <br />accounts receivable. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~84-21). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />b) Authorizing the City of Ramsey to certify certain outstanding accounts <br /> receivable to small claims court for collection - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution #84-22 approv~g of submitting certain accounts <br />receivable to small claims court for collection. (Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution ~84-22). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />c) Declaring certain account receivable as undeserved bills - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution #84-23 declaring the?otlOwing as underserved bills: <br /> <br /> 1. Dr. T.W. Anderson, Park Fee, $1,186.00 <br /> <br /> 2. DNR, Fire Call, $406.00 <br /> <br /> 3. Ron West, Engineering/Legal, $102.40 <br /> <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-23). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: Tax Forfeit Property. PIN 24-32-25-33-0013; Case Of Mr. Gilbert <br /> Menkveld: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #84-24 which rescinds Council Resolution #83-212 dated <br />December 20, 1983 regarding tax forfeit property PIN 24-32-25-33-0013.
