Request for variance to construct accessory structure larger than <br /> allowed by City Code; case of Mr. James Rivers. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 10:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the regular Council meeting back to order at 10:28 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case ~3: P~ <br /> <br />Request For Preliminary_ Plat Approval Of Ramsey Commercial Park; Case Of <br />Mr[ Charles Christian: <br /> <br />Mr. Christian was present. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka referred to his report dated July 2, 1985 regarding the plat and <br />stated that some items have not yet been addressed, i.e., surface water <br />drainage; statement of proposed use of lots, source of water supply and <br />facilities .for sewage disposal; City variance for direct access onto major <br />highway; topography and soil borings. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Planning and Zoning is concerned that too many cases <br />are being passed with contingencies; follow up to see that the contingencies <br />were met gets to be a probl~. <br /> <br />Mr. Christian stated that Planning and Zoning was very pleased with his <br />preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox stated that Mr. Goodrich's comments regarding Planning and <br />Zoning concerns were intended as 'in general', not directly aimed at Ramsey <br />Commercial Park. <br /> <br />July 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 8 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
