Further DiScussion: Councilmember Cox stated that he doesn't think there is <br />any validity in Ms. Flint's tapes based on ~ast doc~entation of City issues by <br />her. Mr. Goodrich stated that he will not make an interpretation of the tape <br />but he will try to get a transcript of it. Councilmember Cox stated that he <br />believes getting a transcript of the tape is a waste of taxpayer dollars; the <br />City has already agzeed to contract for the investigation of the actions of <br />people involved with that meeting; getting a transcript of the tape is an added <br />expense that isn't neoessary because the whole issue will be reviewed by <br />Council at the time the investigation results are brought forward. <br />Councilme~ber Cox stated that the amendment was made in irrational manner and <br />is inappr opziate. <br /> <br />Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: Councilmembers Cox and Reimann. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated June 25, 1985 <br />regarding K~WN-FM's request for a variance from maxim~ height allowance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve Board <br />of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated June 25, 1985 regarding Mr. <br />Donald Nienow's request for a variance to construct an accessory structure <br />larger than allowed by City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~ber Reimann and seconded by Councilmamber COx to approve <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated June 25, 1985 <br />regarding Mr. David Schulte's request for a variance from the required front <br />yard setback. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~bers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schtueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve Board of <br />Adjustment meeting minutes dated June 25, 1985. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
