Project Group 4 — Ramsey and Sunfish Lake Blvd. Westbound Freeflow
At this stage in the study as a whole, it was agreed to think about Ramsey Blvd. and Sunfish Lake Blvd. as a
single entity where one improvement would directly impact the other, specifically in terms of the level of access
provided. If one intersection removed a movement, the other would need to retain that movement. In this analy-
sis, it was assumed that Ramsey Blvd. would become an overpass with an unsignalized intersection to the east
which would provide access to and from Highway 10.
• Ramsey Blvd Overpass with Right-in/Right-Out — Project 3-3-1 and 3-3-2
• High T at Sunfish Lake Blvd (Westbound Flyover) at Sunfish Lake Blvd— Project 4-2-1
The westbound right-in/right-out at Ramsey Blvd. (Project 3-3-3) was not modeled in this scenario but it is
anticipated that it would reduce the delays being modeled even further by turning a left turn into a right turn.
HIGHWAY 10 ACCESS PLANNING STUDY 66
