Comments <br />a. Summary of comments received at open house <br />• Resident concerned that their property value has diminished as they need <br />to disclose information related to the project to potential buyers. <br />• A resident feels that the traffic signal on the north ramps of the proposed <br />Armstrong interchange is not needed and will negatively affect <br />southbound vehicles. <br />• Ramsey resident commented that they think the Armstrong interchange <br />should have actually been planned for the east end of the corridor where <br />all of the traffic is. Also commented that they feel construction of this <br />interchange will likely cause residents to shop in Elk River. <br />• Calvary Cemetery is concerned about any proposed improvements to Hwy <br />10 affecting their main entrance. <br />• Better street lighting is desired between 6528 Riverdale Dr and the <br />Jehovah's Witness building. Stated a security risk and trash dumping <br />problems. <br />• Resident concerned where the proposed trail along the Mississippi will be <br />placed (behind house or on street). <br />• Resident would like better access for local traffic between Ramsey and <br />Anoka. <br />• Remove center opening on Hwy 10 at Dolomite. The U-turns slow traffic <br />in left lane. <br />• Leave access open at Culvers, West Main Super American, McDonald's, <br />and Clark Service. <br />b. Summary of comments received prior to open house <br />• Concerned business owner that is unhappy with the official mapping <br />process relative to the proposed timeline of any improvements along Hwy <br />10. Does not want to remain in limbo. <br />c.
